Who We Are
We are first and foremost a Christian congregation. We believe God the Father gathers us by the Holy Spirit in Jesus’ name. Each Sunday, we follow a pattern of worship that comes from Luke 24:13-35. In that Gospel story about the first Easter, the risen Jesus comes alongside people and listens to them with compassion. Then Jesus teaches them from the Scriptures. Then Jesus meets them in a special way by breaking bread with them at a table. That’s what you can expect when you join us for worship. We follow the Protestant (specifically Reformed) tradition through our emphasis on the Scriptures. However, we also follow the Catholic tradition by celebrating the Lord’s Supper every week.
